Therapy
Life is a puzzle, and you may find yourself scrambling to find its pieces if you struggle with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, or parenting stress. I am here to tell you that you do not need to feel alone in this, whenever, wherever. As a licensed psychologist on the Concierge Psychology team located in Atlanta, I am happy to provide flexible therapy sessions ranging from Telehealth to in-home visits.

I specialize in neurodiversity and emotion regulation and am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Organizational Skills Training (OST), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and related therapies.

My work focuses on ADHD, autism, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and parenting challenges. My approach in therapy is collaborative. Help me help you create and lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. Together we can start assembling that puzzle, one piece at a time.

I provide individual therapy in person and virtually. I see children, teens, and adults who are in Georgia and who are in PSYPACT-participating states.
I am currently accepting new clients.
You can learn more about my clinical practice through Psychology Today and through my page on Concierge Psychology's practice website.
